Our chef is at your service to prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Priced menus offer a wide array of Western, Asian and children’s dishes, which the chef can tailor to suit guests’ needs. A stay is not complete without sampling the chef’s pepes ikan (fish steamed in banana leaf), satay ayam (chicken satay on bamboo skewers) or pisang goreng (fried banana) with ice cream.
Dinner parties, unique dietary requirements and special orders can all be catered for, and meals can be a simple affair, a poolside barbecue, or a grand banquet according to guests’ whims.
Grocery and beverage requests not on the menu are charged at cost plus a 20% surcharge. In this instance, staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals the evening before whenever possible.
